Refund Policy

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified outside this period. The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during return transit or attempted installation. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. We cannot accept the return of parts that have been installed on a vehicle even if incorrectly supplied. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm fitment before an attempt is made to install. All special order (Custom made parts, and parts that ship directly from non US stock locations) items, correctly supplied, are non returnable. In the event that special order items are incorrectly supplied, we must be allowed the opportunity to correct the order as originally placed. 

Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption. Wheel clearance problems are not grounds for brake conversion kits to be considered defective. Please use the provided templates, or request one if not available. 

Cancellations

Bespoke rotors and brake conversion kits are considered non stock items and are manufactured to your specification, customized for your order. If you wish to cancel your order, prior to shipping, for such items we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the order value if manufacturing has already commenced. 

Any form of track or competition use will invalidate your warranty.
